Electrical food slicer E 16
A food slicer with all the advantages of the inclined and solid metal construction. Compact and handy, this small machine can easily tackle all kind of slicing jobs.
The inclined housing is advantageous when cutting thin and large slices.
The food slicer is equipped with a serrated circular blade, a switch for intermittent and continuous operation, a food tray and cable compartment.

Special features
Metal construction, inclined
A food slicer with all the advantages of the inclined and solid metal construction. Compact and handy, this small machine can easily tackle all kind of slicing jobs. Not only bread, but also fruit, vegetables, cheese and much more can be sliced very easily with this device. All parts that ensure stability are made of metal, making the device very sturdy and precise.
Safety switch for intermittent and continuous operation
Two operating modes are available. For short operation, the switch is pressed to position "II". The circular blade runs as long as the switch remains pressed in this position. For continuous operation, the switch is pressed to the "I" position. The circular blade runs in this operating mode without the switch being held down, until the switch is returned to the "0" position.
Detachable carriage
The carriage of the E 16 food slicer can be easily removed for oversized products or for cleaning.
Slice thickness continuously adjustable
Stepless adjustment of the slice thickness is possible from wafer-thin up to approx. 20 mm. Thanks to the infinitely variable slicing thickness adjustment, the food can be cut into appetising slices.
Circular blade
The serrated circular blade, made from stainless steel, ensures the perfect "slice". It is well suited for all kinds of slicing. Both hard and soft food may be cut into appetizing slices.
Circular blade lock
The circular blade can be easily removed for cleaning by means of a coin-operated closure.
Food tray
The food tray to catch the sliced food is placed underneath the circular blade so that the slices can fall directly onto it. The sliced product can be conveniently and directly served using the practical food tray made of high-quality, easy-to-clean plastic.
Powerful eco motor
The power is here! The food slicer E 16 is driven by a 65 W eco motor which is 20 % more economical and just the same 50 % more powerful than the previous model. The use of this energy-saving motor makes a positive contribution to environmental protection.
