In addition to social aspects, Made in Germany is a comprehensive quality promise, which at ritter is not only limited to product quality, but also applies equally to customer service. A long-term supply of spare parts, far beyond the legally prescribed warranty period, distinguishes ritter.

If a defect should nevertheless occur in your device within the warranty period - 2 years from the date of purchase - please contact us before sending us the device. We will send you a prepared parcel label by post or a return slip by e-mail for free return shipment.

If a repair is required after the warranty period, please send the device to our central customer service with sufficient postage:
