For our commitment to vocational training, we were again awarded the IHK training seal "IHK-Ausbildungsbetrieb 2024" this year. The IHK recognised the training quota and the high quality of our training at the same time. This once again confirms our company philosophy, in which social and ecological responsibility are deeply anchored.

Trainee video project
As part of a trainee project, our trainees made short videos about our two manual universal slicers.
The task was to show the special features of the slicers in a humorous way. In the process, the trainees were able to train their teamwork skills and give free rein to their creativity. The videos were shot with a lot of humour and fun.

Guide bracket
The guide bracket, which has been in use again since the latest product series, is mainly used to ensure that the food falls in an orderly manner onto a collecting plate.
FSC certified bamboo board
One of the hand-operated food slicers is equipped with an FSC certified bamboo board that can be used both as a serving plate and for slicing.

The hand-operated food slicer has enormous stability, which is ideal for a spontaneous workout in the kitchen.

Bamboo board
The removable bamboo board is perfect for serving but also as a cutting board for food.
Flexible use
The flexibility of the hand-operated food slicer makes it possible to place the appliance anywhere in the kitchen or to use it outside the kitchen, for example, outdoors.
