What to Do with Your Old Device?

According to the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG), electrical and electronic equipment must not be disposed of with household waste. As a consumer, you are required to dispose of old devices properly. We support you in this process with a free take-back service.

1. Take-back of small appliances (up to 25 cm edge length)

You can return used electrical and electronic equipment to us free of charge at any time—regardless of whether you purchase a new appliance from us—provided its largest external dimension does not exceed 25 cm.

Returns are limited to a maximum of three old devices per device type. Please use the following form to return your items:

2. Take-back of large appliances (with an edge length of more than 25 cm) when purchasing a new one

When you purchase a new electrical or electronic appliance, we will take back your old appliance of the same type free of charge, provided it essentially performs the same functions as the new appliance (1:1 take-back).

If you would like to return an old appliance, please select the “Old appliance for return” option during the ordering process. We will then send you a return label for free shipping.
