ritterwerk derives its high service range from tradition, demand and the production site in Germany. Should there be a fault with your appliance, the ritter after-sales service will be of assistance to you. ritter products are accompanied by longstanding service and providing of spare parts.

If a defect occurs on your device anyway within the warranty period - 2 years from the purchase date - we request you to contact us before you send the device back to us. We will send you a prepared package sticker via mail or a return slip per email for the free return of the goods.
