‘Germany’s Customer Champions 2026’

In the latest ‘Germany’s Customer Champions’ study by ServiceValue, in collaboration with the BILD newspaper, 1,996 companies across 107 sectors were ranked for their customer value. The study highlights which companies meet or even exceed their customers’ expectations particularly well, creating long-term customer relationships.
ritter was awarded the ‘High Customer Value’ rating in the ‘Household Appliance Manufacturers’ sector. This award is given to companies that outperform the average of all their competitors within their sector.
