The market research institute ServiceValue examined this topic in cooperation with DEUTSCHLAND TEST in the form of the “Customer Satisfaction 2024” study.

The online study included over 335.000 customer assessments of 1.751 companies and providers from 111 sectors. In order to create comparability, the customer satisfaction index (KZI) was used, which enables the measurement of experience-based assessments. ritterwerk received the “HIGHEST CUSTOMER SATISFACTION” award in the “Household appliance manufacturers” sector.
