Study "Customer Recommendation"

Due to the wide variety of brands, customers often have a difficult decision ahead of them when it comes to which provider or device to choose. In many cases, a recommendation from a friend can help. The ranking agency ServiceValue and BILD have devoted themselves to the topic of "customer recommendations" and conducted a survey on the subject.

In the large-scale study, more than 600,000 consumer opinions on 2,215 companies and brands from 166 industries and the respective ratio of recommendations and dissuasions were evaluated. The result for ritterwerk: High recommendation. This puts ritterwerk above the industry average.
