One of the key features of the hand-operated food slicer manus3 clearly is its suspended design - complete with four feet made of high-quality steel. Its fairly low weight also makes it an altogether very practical appliance. The possibility of slipping during the slicing process is very low, thanks to its silicone feet, as these suck themselves onto the work surface as soon as one presses the manus3 slightly onto it.
The hand-operated food slicer manus3 has a high degree of truth to material, is largely made of robust metal and, thanks to its timeless design, fits into practically any home.
The manus3 is operated by a sturdy but smooth-running metal crank with a plastic handle. It therefore gets by without any electricity. For a better output of large, hard foods during the slicing process, the manus3 has a guide bracket, whose advantage is that the evenly sliced food does not get in the way of or block the continuing "crank operation".
The slice thickness can be adjusted continuously up to approx. 20 mm and the stainless steel carriage can be removed easily and without any problems at all.

Smooth crank
The robust and smooth manual crank from metal with a plastic handle is operated with the right hand and ensures that the food slicer manus3 do not require any electricity at all.
Guide bracket
For a better result of large, hard pieces during the slicing process, the manus3 is equipped with a guide bracket for the food to be sliced. This has the advantage that the evenly sliced cut food doesn’t get in the way of or block continuing “crank operation”.

High-quality suction feet
When you press the hand-operated food slicer manus3 onto the surface, the silicone feet attach firmly and thus prevent slipping during the cutting process.

Stepless adjustment of the slice thickness is possible from wafer-thin up to approx. 20 mm. Thanks to the infinitely variable slicing thickness adjustment, the food can be cut into appetising slices.
Detachable carriage
The stainless steel carriage of the manus3 food slicer can be easily removed for oversized products or for cleaning.
Circular blade
The serrated circular blade, made from stainless steel, ensures the perfect "slice". It is well suited for all kinds of slicing. Both hard and soft food may be cut into appetizing slices.
