In general, ritterwerk does grant warranty for a period of 2 years.

Tools for installation:

All the workman actually needs in order to be able to install any of our machines is a cordless driver, a screw driver, a measuring tape, a wood drill and some screws... Installation itself merely requests the standard equipment workmen carry along anyway - no special tools needed and no complicated installation instructions necessary! All you really need is to work carefully and accurately - a requirement you can supply any time! Very simple and very customer-friendly installation indeed!

Accessories:

Each of our multislicers can be supplied optionally with a special ham- and sausage blade for cutting extra thin slices. The item numbers are listed under "optional" at the respective product.

Important information:

The installation of all ritter built-in appliances may be done by authorized personnel only. ritterwerk cannot be held liable for any damage/s resulting from incorrect and/or faulty installation. The power cord must allow the machine to be lowered entirely without doing damage to the cord itself. The power cord needs to lead directly and freely from the machine to the socket of the cabinet. The power cord must be unplugged during installation.
