2011

Indeed we are very proud that our ritter toaster volcano⁵ with its elegant glass panels in black, white or red, its exceptionally good design and its high product quality did receive the iF product design award 2011. First-rate design experts did choose our ritter toaster volcano5 from total 2.756 products from 43 countries, to be one of the award winners in this very renowned international design contest.

volcano⁵ has further been distinguished by its nomination for the German Design Award (‚Deutscher Designpreis’) 2012.  This award is the highest German design award and only already awarded products with a high degree of creative quality, practical value and innovation are considered for this ‘award of awards’.

2010

The consumer magazine ‚ETM Testmagazin ' (edition 09/2010) has tested total eight multislicers.The multislicer contura³ by ritterwerk was rated ‘very good' and clearly became test winner with 93,7%.

2008

Only two of the 21 tested bread slicers achieved the quality grade 2.0. solida⁵ by ritter was one of the winners.

The reddot design award is being awarded every year for outstanding industrial design. In 2008 it was awarded to contura³ by ritter. This slicer was also nominated für the DESIGNPREIS 2009 of the Federal Republic of Germany.

2005 - 100 years of ritter

In 2005, ritter has been awarded the prestigious quality nomination TOP 100 for "scalea". For that reason ritter is rated among the one hundred most innovative medium-size companies in Germany
